Why doesn't the code work for me?
The discount code may not work if another discount is automatically applied. Only a single discount code can be applied, as these are not cumulative.

What will happen if I leave you my email?
You can rest easy, we are not going to send you spam from other web pages or sell your data. We will only use email to stay in touch and to offer you new offers and updates.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within the first 3 business days after purchase. If you have bought different items, these could arrive in different packages, we are sorry for the inconvenience, we work every effort to improve it.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do it worldwide from different distribution centers based on your location. The shipping time is between 15 and 30 days but it is generally 12 to 20 business days. We do not have control over the transport company, so we ask you to have a little patience.

How do I cancel an order?
We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after placing the order. After that, it is very likely that the order has been processed and is being prepared for shipment or shipped. Once this takes effect, it is out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
If there is any problem with your order (defective product, wrong order or damaged order), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly help you to review the case and if approved we will do the refund or exchange.

Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and send you further instructions. Our store reserves the right to reject any return request.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
